Playtinum is a fresh game development studio focusing on development of innovative casual games. The company is aiming to create fun and interactive products with enjoyable game play mechanics across multiple platforms.
GamingXpress spoke to Harshad Arole, Managing Director and CEO of Playtinum Games as he told us more about the company, “Plan N Plant is Playtinum’s initial foray into the casual downloadable games space. The fun in designing, planting and decorating gardens in unique locations should definitely appeal to the predominantly female audience, who play and purchase casual games.”
He further added by saying, “The game was entirely developed in-house over a period of 8 months. We are proud to be one of the few Indian companies to create and launch an original title for worldwide release.”
About the game: In Plan N Plant, you are gifted with an opportunity to take on the greenie challenge. The task is to paint the town green and improve the charm of 30 unique locations. Here the greenie points come in handy as you plant variety of trees, shrubs and flowers. Decorate the gardens with statues, gazebos, bridges, lamps and lots more. Build charming ponds, fountains and even a waterfall to keep your greenies happy.
Beyond all this, meet interesting clients along the way, from a Real Estate Tycoon to an A-list Celeb, from a Royal Scion to a Yoga Guru who will make your journey more challenging with their demands. Do this all while keeping an eye on the budget. You will have to use all your resource management skills to become the perfect Garden Planner. Sandbox mode is also available to enjoy planning, planting and decorating gardens at leisure.
Playtinum aims to release three more games over the next year spanning the puzzle adventure, strategy and match-3 genres. It is good to see new game development companies from India publishing their content on international portals. The game is expected to launch mid September and we hope it is enjoyed by casual gamers all around the world.
