Milestone Interactive group welcomes gamers to a brand new game shopping experience as it launches the first of its kind flagship store- Game4u at Mega Mall in Oshiwara, Mumbai. The store takes forward Milestone's online retail gaming venture, www.game4u.com that was introduced late last year.
Present at the launch of the store were Vijender Singh, Olympic Bronze Medalist in boxing and Suraj Jaggan popular playback singer who accompanied Jayont R Sharma - CEO and Chairman of Milestone Interactive group. The store was jam packed as the Milestone group welcomed the guests. Suraj along with his guitarist sang his very famous song, "Give me some sunshine..." from 3 Idiots as our very own boxing legend Vijendar Singh fought against Mike Tyson virtually in Fight Night. Suraj and his band also performed on Rock Band after that.

The store has it all, you name all the latest titles and you will find them at Game4u. There are consoles set up where you can try out the latest games before you choose to buy them. You can also pre order games, for example games like God of War 3 and Battlefield Bad Company: 2 were already on the pre order list. There is a special Game4girls section and a Rock Band setup for social gaming. Along with the games all the consoles and their accessories are also available at the store. Speaking to GamingXpress Milestone CEO Jayont Sharma said, "Have you ever seen anything like this before? This has been my dream for years. This is just not an ordinary game store. We have a lot of interactivity at Game4u, you can try out the latest games, select from a wide collection of Games. I am very proud of the fact that this store was launched in Mumbai and that we are the first ones to take such an initiative."
Frankly the store does look very special as it is all about interactive entertainment with an indulgent futuristic design encompassing all facets of gaming. The store also has a large collection of blu-ray discs which will certainly interest high-definition media buffs. Jayont added by saying, "The positioning of Game4u is - One destination, many worlds and with the launch of the first store, we endeavor to translate this vision into reality through a yet unmatched game shopping experience for the Indian consumer. We plan to take our vision forward to other major cities in India over the next 2 years and target to open a minimum of 50 stores."

This is a great initiative my Milestone Interactive group and a great contribution to the Indian gaming ecosystem which continues to expand. As all the titles will be readily available to gamers now, we can surely expect at see a drop in piracy as more and more stores open up. The games can also be bought from www.game4u.com as the games are home delivered. We hope so see more and more stores open up all across India. Kudos to the Milestone Interactive Group.
